Order processing and shipping times may vary based on the availability of a product. However, we cannot be responsible for delays due to carriers. When placing an order, you verify that all details provided including but not limited to shipping address and recipient are accurate; you are the authorized user of the credit card or PayPal account used to place your order; you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the item/s which you are purchasing. Purchase indicates acceptance of the published price at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for inaccurate information distributed by third-party vendors.

We collect information from users including but not limited to account creation, purchase of products, subscription to newsletter, and request for emails such as being notified when a product is back in stock.

If you order a gift that must be shipped to an address other than your own, we will request the name, physical address, and email address of the recipient. If you request to share product information or your wish list with a friend, we will collect the email address of the person you wish to notify. We do not intend to send promotional materials to the recipient.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Our site is in compliance with Payment Card Industry vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for users. When you submit your credit card information, you are redirected to a third party payment processor that specializes in secure online payment processing. If a user chooses to save a credit card on our site, the third party processor stores this information and our site can only reference the through unique identifiers that do not reveal the full card details.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or US holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. Please be sure to include a valid email address and phone number.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You may choose the delivery method you prefer at checkout.
*Free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Available Shipment Carriers at this time include USPS and UPS.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
MavaNell Studio ships to addresses within the continental US. If you choose to have your package delivered to a PO box, please make sure the supplier of the box allows you to accept large packages.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after you receive the email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MavaNell Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
MavaNell Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
MavaNell Studio will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
MavaNell Studio wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases and the service you receive. Please review our policy below regarding return/replacement purchases.
- 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with.
- Please contact us by phone or email prior to returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and be expecting your return.
- Incorrect, damaged, or missing items should be reported to customer service within 30 days of receipt of your order. We are unable to replace or refund your purchases if not notified within 30 days.
- Items must be in new condition and include original packaging.
- Used items are not eligible for refund.
- Items that have a smoke odor are not eligible for refund.
- Sale items may not be returned.
- Patterns and books are not eligible for return due to copyright laws.
- Quilt club memberships are not refundable.
Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges.
